Best friends fur-ever...

DOG PARK SWEETHEARTS
Welsh Sisters #1

Best friends fur-ever...

Autumn Welsh has a full life. Dream job. Loyal dog. Good friends. And a happy family. Or it would be, if she could stop worrying about her dad. He needs to get out, live a little, maybe even find someone special. And she has the perfect woman in mind. With the help of her steadfast, dog-park buddy Noah, she sets out to help her father find companionship just in time for Valentine's day. Little does she guess that her dad won't be the only one finding love...

Restoration expert Noah Contreras was all in favor of Autumn’s matchmaking. His mother was lonely and her father was too. So why not give them a little push toward one another? Besides, spending time with Autumn is always an adventure. From giving art lessons to helping with pet adoption events, she embraces life with an energy and joy Noah finds irresistible. But Noah’s contract is almost finished, and he'll soon have to move on.

Does he dare ask Autumn to be his Valentine, when he might not be around for the rest of the year?

THE ROMANCE INTERVIEW
ANGI: What’s your favorite Valentine gift or have you received it yet?
SASHA: A handmade present – literally made-up of the handprints of my kids. The older they’ve gotten, the more I love that print.

ANGI: What’s your favorite Valentine flower?
SASHA: Believe it or not, I like white carnations. Does that make me weird?

ANGI: What’s your favorite Valentine/Love saying?
SASHA: I don’t think people say, “I love you” enough. So, I’d say that. I know, I know—it’s not exactly the most original answer.

ANGI: Which Valentine film can you watch over and over without falling asleep?
SASHA: I love the movie Valentine’s Day. It does a wonderful job or addressing all forms of love – at all ages. Let’s face it, we’re never too old for love.

ANGI: What’s your favorite Valentine candy you’d share with friends?
SASHA: I would say a box of chocolates but I’m off sugar now (two years) so I’d have to say berries. Or even a low-carb keto cake or cupcakes.

ANGI: What is your favorite Valentine tradition?

SASHA: Valentine’s cards. It’s all about taking the time to show you care, right? In this day and age of social media and texts, there’s something truly meaningful about taking the time to show you care.

But the more time he spends with Krystal, the more he finds himself falling for her—and he's beginning to be more interested in her than he is in making a name for himself.
Krystal King grew up on stage and in the spotlight. No matter how golden her life appears, her past left deep wounds. But Jace Black makes her wish things were different. To do that, she'd have to risk letting him in... And that might be too big a risk for her battered heart to take.

SWEET ON THE COWBOY
The Draegers of Last Stand Texas #1

If you can't stand the heat...

Lam Draeger’s deep wounds from the death of his young son and his subsequent divorce were still healing when he was saddled with his running his family’s cattle and rodeo stock ranch and the responsibility of raising his siblings and keeping them out of trouble. His every moment is devoted to running the ranch and business smoothly. He’s had no time to mourn his many losses or try to rebuild his personal life. And romance? Out of the question, no matter how sweet the temptation.

...don't fall in love in the kitchen

Single mom Gwen Hobbs is right back where she swore she’d never be – cooking in the kitchen at the Draeger ranch just like her mom before her. But since her fiancé and the father of her daughters walked out on her, taking all their savings with him, she’s forced to be practical. So she vows to ignore the attraction that hums between her and Lam and to stop dreaming of becoming a chef. But when Lam suggests she audition for a cooking competition, Gwen realizes that not all her dreams are out of reach, and her growing hopes extend far beyond a professionally tricked-out kitchen.

FALLING FOR THE BILLIONAIRE WOLF AND HIS BABY

Blood Moon Brotherhood #1

When Jessa Talbot’s boss offered her a promotion, she agreed—no questions asked. Her family needed the money, but fighting the attraction she feels for her brooding employer is tough. Worse, she instantly bonds with his infant son she’s caring for. But this is a temporary solution and she can’t get attached to either of them.
Finnegan Dean is cursed. He’s a nicely dressed monster, the wolf inside always looking for a way out. But there are two things he and his wolf agree on. They must protect baby Oscar and Jessa—his mate. While the wolf hungers to seal their bond, Finn fights the instinct. After all, if he really cares for her, he’d never doom her to the life he lives.

“My name’s Gunner.” His arm tightened a little. His hand rested on my back, warm and solid. “Gunner Foster.”
“Gunner?” I didn’t look up or open my eyes, but murmured against him, “I’m Jenny.” I drew in a deep breath. He smelled as good as he looked. The plane, the small cabin, the dinging sounds weren’t bad—well, not too bad.
His heartbeat was strong beneath my ear, but I heard him murmur, “Nice to meet you.”
“Is it?” I giggled, shaking my head. “You don’t mind some strange woman clawing her way into your lap?”
“Happens all the time.”
I looked up then, laughing. I couldn’t help it.
He started laughing too, his smile going wide and his dimples peeking out of his sun-bronzed face. His eyes met mine as he said, “Something about the dimples and the haircut, I guess.”
“It doesn’t hurt.” I moved back a little, not enough to make him move his arm, though. Not yet. It…he…felt nice, comforting. “First time home in a while?”
“Almost four years.”
“Wow. That’s a long time. No wonder your mom is looking forward to having you home.” I paused. “Talk about a Christmas present they’ll never forget.”
He shrugged, his hand sliding up my back to rest on my shoulder. “I’ve missed them.”
I nodded. “Sure.”
He was watching me. And I smiled at him a little. Poor guy. I wouldn’t want to sit by me. I mean, who would? It wasn’t exactly the way a person wanted to kick off the holidays—strapped into a flying missile next to a lunatic. My eyes traveled over his face, knowing I needed to pull it together, to apologize or something. But he didn’t look upset. He looked…concerned.
So he was sweet and hot. And he smelled incredible. This might not be the worst flight of my life.

SUMMERS HOLIDAY

Book Drawing Extended through Sunday 11-25, so leave your comments.

GALILEO’S HOLIDAY
Part of A Galactic Holiday SciFi Holiday Anthology
Carina Press
ISBN: ASIN B009FWZ1C6

Ice miner Riley works alone in the depths of space, and that's the way she likes it. She's proud of her independence, and when her ship gets destroyed by raiders on the icy surface of Galileo, she's not sure she wants to rely on rakish trader Leo and the kindness of a band of settlers to survive.

Despite her attempts to keep her distance, it's not long before Riley warms to the family atmosphere of the settlers' station. As Galileo's Holiday approaches and she develops feelings for the handsome, charming Leo, she questions whether she really wants to remain alone.

But Leo is hiding cargo the raiders want, and when they come back for it, everyone on the small station is in danger. Riley will risk anything to protect her new friends—because if the raiders succeed, the choice between Leo and a life alone won't be Riley's to make.

THE ROAMING QUESTIONS
ANGI: How often to you get lost in a story?
SASHA: Um… probably daily. Whether I’m reading, writing, or watching something on the television – I love getting lost in a story.

ANGI: What’s the first book you remember reading?
SASHA: On my own I’d say Barbara Cartland. I couldn’t tell you which one, we had a huge collection. But I made my way through each and every one. I could not wait for my first kiss!!!

ANGI: What’s your favorite fairy tale?
SASHA: I love Beauty and the Beast. I mean, I love all of them – even the non-Disney versions J… but there’s something about the Beast that makes me all swoony.

ANGI: What do you like about the hero of your book?
SASHA: Leo is a man’s man. He says what he thinks, is fiercely protective, and very pro-active. He’s also yummy… J

ANGI: Where do you read and how often?
SASHA: I read every night before I go to bed – in my bed. Sometimes on my Kindle, sometimes a ‘real’ book.

ANGI: What sound or noise do you love?
SASHA: My kids laughing. I can’t help but smile when I hear them. Unless it’s their evil giggle – then I know I need to book it into their room to see what they’re up to. J

ANGI: Fairy Tale or Action Adventure?
SASHA: Mash-up please. For example, one of my favorite movies is The Mummy with Rachel Weisz and Brendan Frazier. Own it and still watch it when it comes on TV.
ANGI: I DO TOO !!!

ANGI: What is your biggest vice?
SASHA: Food… oh and Pumpkin Spice Lattes. Man, they are SERIOUSLY addictive.

ANGI: How is it working with hot guys and sexy women all day?
SASHA: Pretty good. I’m one lucky lady.

ANGI’S GOTTA ASK: Medusa? Hollywood?  Galileo in space? So many ideas. So many places? Where’s your favorite? Fictional or Real.
SASHA’S GOTTA ANSWER:   Oh Angi! WOW, what a question! I mean it when I say I don’t have a favorite. When I’m writing a book, that’s my favorite. I’m a fiction gal – all the way. And writing in so many sub-genres lets me go and explore and have adventures through time and space J through my characters. With each genre, I find a nugget that’s my favorite. With the myths – it’s finding that place to throw in a curve ball. I don’t want to change myths, just question what we know about them – and that’s FUN. With contemporary romance – set in Hollywood – I mean, who wouldn’t want to live that life? Not full-time, mind you – but for 300 pages or so. J And SciFi is the ultimate in adventure writing for me. I’d never written anything like Galileo’s Holiday but I have an entire series that WILL follow. I guess you could say I have an overactive imagination. Long answer – sorry! J

THANK YOU for having me!
ANGI: And thanks for sharing your worlds with us!!
