This week we have more US armour from WWII, these are mostly Battlefront models (resin and plastic), with a few (priests and one half track) which are kind of low quality resin models from some unknown manufacturer.
This is the third batch of US armour I painted for Dennis, there will be at least another couple in the near future.
It's done, Max's Reaper Bones V kickstarter set is all painted. It took me an age and a half, but I'm finally done, even with most of the figures painted with dipping, it still took a long time, but it's great to have this big collection available for our D&D games.
If I had to give a suggestion to anyone who wanted to start getting miniatures for D&D or other fantasy RPG, definitely go for a Reaper Bones kickstarter, it might take a long time to get delivered, but for a very fair price you would end up with a ton of stuff to represent PCs, NPSc and all sort of monsters and small terrain pieces.
Over the couple of years it took me to paint them all, we used these figures so much, some of them were even used for Warhammer games. They are cheap, easy to paint and still great quality figures, if I didn't already have way too many figures still to paint I would definitely consider this kind of investment.
But on to the figures, as usual, I saved some good stuff for last, a whole bunch of undead, all very cool models, I did what I needed with dipping, but anything that was going to be mostly black was done with washes and drybrush.
This is a Reaper Bones giant Wyvern that I painted for Doyle for his birthday. I started this "tradition" quite a few years ago, when it is some friend's birthday, I offer to paint some figures for them, from their pile of shame, instead of buying them more figures that will probably never get painted, I think it feels better to have some of their own pile done and out of the way, we all have figures we would really like to paint, but never get around to...

This week I have another Troll I painted for Dave, this is a warbeast, a snow troll by the name or Rok.
This is a platoon of WWII German Afrika Korp that I painted for a friend.
He will do the basing himself, to keep it consistent with the rest of the army.
This is the second platoon of WWII Italian Bersaglieri I painted for Dave, there is a third one in the works, then some Italian artillery.
Nothing really special about this platoon, it is basically the same as the previous one.
This is the latest troll figure I did for Dave, it is a Dire Troll bomber, but he gave it to me missing the barrels fuses, I might go back and add those if he finds them.
