As the title says the installation failed at creating OU. I tried to look for solutions as I have done for other issues successfully. I have not seen any fixes for this so far so this is the error I am seeing:

The issue seems to be stemming more from these errors:

I have tried various changes to DNS, such as manually pointing to DC01 and making sure the first eth connection is obtaining DNS automatically, with no success.

I tried initially installing this on a windows machine with VMWare and got this issue. After troubleshooting for a few days I moved to virtualbox on windows and am seeing the same error. I verified I followed all the pre-install/pre-reqs and there doesn't seem to be any problems there.
