[tty][time_log]: add time to the received data and the input previous data, and can record it.

Use tabby to open the serial port. Embedded devices can interact with commands.
If you need to test and debug the device, you can configure it to add a timestamp in front of each line of data received, and record it.

Tools like minicom can set timers for easy debugging.
