I am a huge fan of CS1.6 WC3FT and was pointed towards source-python and this repo. I am unsure if it is sufficient,but here is what i did( the cause of incompatibility is that source-python is now using python3.13 as venv):
you need the muparser for python3.13, you can get it from atuya's es-emulator project here:

Since my machine is not running python3.13, i installed that and created a venv to get some more packages:

pip install requests numpy urllib3 wrapt 
cd lib/python3.13/site-packages/ 
cp -r numpy urllib3 wrapt  <serverpath>/cstrike/addons/source-python/packages/site-packages/

that's it. @benoit611 If you want you could try if this works for you too (make sure to have sufficient backups if it doesn't)

One thing to note though: don't play with bots, with the right settings you can prevent the server from crashing right away, but it will crash at some point (another issue ticket here mentions some possible issues with bots using skills)
