PEP 498 introduced a new way for string literals. To follow the current programming style and improve readability, I would recommend implementing this.
Example:

location = "World"

output = f"Hello,{location}!"

print(output)
torben@R2-D2:~/Projects/test$ python3 test.py 
Hello,World!
