Depth Shroud

Description

When Morphling gets Aghanim's shard and uses morph to turn into Slark. The hero cannot use Depth Shroud after turning into Slark. When the ability is used nothing happens except it goes on cooldown. If this was a mechanic why is Rubick able to use it after stealing the ability from Slark, You can also try this in demo mode and it doesn't work.
