OKD 4.19 installation fail on bare metal: not able to pull baremetal-runtimecfg #2254

Hello,
I noticed an issue while installing OKD on baremetal.
baremetal-runtimecfg is not able to be pulled (check screenshot below).
Note I am installing OKD using the local assisted-installer.
Version
Below my config:
- Platform: Baremetal
- OKD version: 4.19.0-okd-scos.19
- Architecture: x86_64
Reproducibility
Installing OKD 4.19 on bare metal.
Log Bundle
Checking the hash in the logs indicate the image not able to be pulled is baremetal-runtimecfg.
