Describe the bug

I've attempted to update from 4.19.0-okd-scos.19 to 4.20.0-okd-scos.0, and the update has hung after updating 33/34 Pods, and I've lost access to a couple of the node, which seem to have completely lost their network configuration.

I've no idea what additional information to provide, but am happy to pull whatever I can.

Reproducibility

Two separate clusters have encountered this issue.
