As discussed in the SIG today, components only report their Stability, but there are other concerns that users may be interested in )or not know that they are interested in). These could include any component Warnings, scaling concerns, ect.

I think work still needs to be done to identify exactly what those extra items are and how we would group them if necessary.

The components are able to log during startup, like Stability, other important concerns users should know.

Describe alternatives you've considered
We could instead build into the Stability guidelines implications about scaling, warnings, ect, but that is more opaque.
