Confirm that this is a bug report

Problem Description

Affiliations can be added to the XML via the bulk correction interface, but they are not displayed in the dialog if already present in the XML. In this example, my affiliation at the time (Amazon Research) is in the XML but not in the dialog:

NOTE: we also need to preserve ORCID iD metadata.
