I would like to know if WebRTC support (P2P in browser) is planned, or if it would be possible to adapt the current implementation to work with WebRTC as it stands today.

I also have a question about the algorithm:
Does it support implementing a reliable broadcast algorithm on top of it, or does it already provide reliability guarantees by design?

It's not entirely clear to me how one can ensure that a network relying on this algorithm guarantees that eventually, all correct nodes will deliver the same set of messages.
