The UI should provide another tab with a list of all the config vars from the mangohud readme that are not currently configurable elsewhere in the goverlay UI.

Currently if I want to add additional vars (that goverlay doesnt support) to my global config while using goverlay, they both overwrite each other, if goverlay can track all the variables and sync them with watching the file as well as providing ability to edit them in the UI, that would be ideal.
