Polygon collection tool could be extended.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be very helpful to be able to lock the polygon collection tool to an angle for polys that aren't rectangles but have regular 90 or 45 degree corners. Also a quick circle tool, or the ability to create an arc would be helpful.
