Describe the bug
Using the gRPC EMANE example Quagga log is showing the following OSPF6 errors.

2024/12/09 16:20:59 OSPF6: sendmsg failed: ifindex: 2: Invalid argument (22)
2024/12/09 16:20:59 OSPF6: Could not send entire message length 52 != -1

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Ubuntu 22.04
• CORE Version 9.1
• EMANE Version 1.5.1

Additional context
I'm curious if this has anything to do with OSPF neighbor statements and adjacency messages not showing up?
