穿青人是不在中国56个民族之内的民族，被官方定性为“待定族称人口”。主要分布在贵州西北地区，人口将近百万，信仰五显，崇拜山魈，自称山魈人马。据道光《大定府志》记载，今穿青人在大清帝国时期称为“羡民”，与汉民、苗民、夷民并列。在民国时期及建国初，穿青人基本上统称“青族”，第一代身份证上记为青族，第二代身份证记为穿青人。
