Describe the Bug

When you have a long list, the horizontal scroll bar on the permissions page is outside of the page context.
Because there is a fixed width and all collection names left align, when you scroll all the way to the left you lose context of the collection name if the whole field needed to spread to accommodate a long name.

This means when you scroll all the way down the main page to scroll all the way across the permissions list, you lose context of what permission relates to what line.

Suggestion(s):

• Fix width of collection name, allow tooltip rollover if truncated
• Right align collection names when horizontally scrolled
