gimp_ps_directory should honor GIMP2_DIRECTORY envvar #15
Description
Instead of the hard-coding "$HOME/.gimp-$version", the install script should make use of the GIMP2_DIRECTORY environment variable to give users the opportunity to follow XDG Base Directory Specification.
