1. Error Messages: I frequently receive errors such as "dart.exe file not found," "Git not available," and "Java not installed."
2. Development Environment: I am using Windows 11, and it appears there are issues with configuring the necessary tools for Flutter.
3. Previous Attempts: I have followed standard troubleshooting steps, including checking paths, reinstalling tools, and running flutter doctor, but I am still facing these issues.

Specifically, I am seeing an error related to the Java path intermittently. Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve these issues and if there are any alternative solutions that do not involve reinstalling Windows?
