I did not test the most recent changes on GitHub CI before submitting, and they do not pass CI. The problem is that RE2 now needs abseil at 20250814 or later, but vcpkg's latest is only 20250127. I have contacted the Abseil team to see if they can update the vcpkg packaging. For now I will leave things as is; people using a tagged release or tagged commit will not encounter the breakage. If you encounter the breakage on 'main', use 2025-08-12 instead.
