huge thanks for this repo. I really like it and was searching quite long for this.

I have a question regarding the table player appearances and the column count_tournaments from player. Should they equal to the same number? If so then I think that there are some rows/data missing in the player appearances, e.g., Alberta Sackey shows only player appearances for the world cup 2003 but not for the world cup 1999.
After some digging, I came up on this link that mentions her playing matches in both world cups.
