minikube cluster start should mimic minikube start
minikube cluster delete should mimic minikube delete
minikube cluster stop should mimic minikube stop
minikube cluster pause should mimic minikube pause
minikube cluster list should mimic minikube profile list
There should also be a --cluster parameter that should mimic the global --profile parameter.

It can certainly use some discussion. this is a handy command minikube cluster start instead of minikube start -p cluster
am i understanding it right?
