コマンドからatcoderにログインして、セッションを保存できるようatcoder-tools login <Username> <Password> のような形か環境変数からユーザー名、パスワードを取得してログインできるようにしてほしい

理由

dockerfileでAtcoder用のコンテナを作る際などにdockerfile内でログイン等の設定ができるようにしてコンテスト開始時にログインをする必要をなくすため
