When the user asks to audit a project's Claude Code usage for wasted tokens or cost (token waste, context pollution, model/MCP/skill efficiency), read `skills/tokentamer/SKILL.md` in this extension's directory and follow it. Load the files under `skills/tokentamer/references/` only when that SKILL.md points to them. Otherwise, ignore this extension.
