🎤 Why should this be worked on?

We don't have any other samples apps with this tech stack.

Hi @Swpn0neel,
I've completed the Rust + PostgreSQL CRUD API
It provides basic CRUD operations with pagination and filtering and basic setup instructions in the README file.

I hope I made a good interpretation of the request, but any feedback welcomed

You need to generate test cases too, using Keploy!
