Now that there is a new translation format in the engine in 5.10, there is a breadth of translations in packages that need to be converted. There should be a script under the modtools repo that allows for a modder to easily convert the translations from .tr to .po when version support becomes viable.

Bringing in or basing it on @Wuzzy2's ltt_convert.py sounds like a good idea.
