Description

Request to upgrade the Python version in this repository to 3.12, while maintaining compatibility with 3.11. Support for Python 3.10 can be removed, as the focus shifts to newer, more efficient versions.

Reasons

  1. Improved Stability and Performance: Python 3.12 offers significant performance improvements and stability enhancements compared to previous versions, making it a more reliable choice for our codebase.
  2. Library Compatibility: Some newer libraries require a minimum Python version of 3.11, limiting compatibility for libraries and tools if we continue supporting Python 3.10.
