Currently, the only way to open a locker or crate without access is to break it with violence.

I assume that a locker can be pretty easily pried open with a crowbar? Maybe high security locker needs more time to pry open.

Also, the lockers don't have alarm, so it's pretty easy to steal. Maybe it's good to add alarms to them when damaged/unanchored to balance the game.
