Description

Planting C-4 on yourself causes it to visually disappear, though it can still beep and detonate.

Reproduction

Get C-4
Plant on yourself
C-4 visually disappears
Auto-activate or signal C-4 and explode

Screenshots

Additional context
C4 appears fine when you plant it on someone else.
