What would you like to see added to or changed in Neo, and why?

I'll keep this brief:

1. Use a lighter BG color (or just a border) when an item is hovered:
   
   When the BG color is dark, the text (correctly) switches to white, but the icon does not. Using a light-ish BG color avoids this issue.

2. Change the cursor to a pointer when hovering over an item. Currently it doesn't change at all.

3. Add a plugin-level / field-level setting for showing the already-existing block Description field for each item:
   

4. Along with the description, add a field to specify the intended width of each option, and let the icon/image grow with it: tada, you now have what @Mathias-Syversen posted about in [FR] Block picker #569 (comment) :)
