Context and motivation

Although we have mappers for Dublin Core, we don't make much usage of the mapped values, besides offering a version of it in the Exposers modal. A nice and apparently simple feature would be to have them added as meta tags in the item page.

Ideal solution

In add_social_meta(), we add common html <meta> tags to describe an item. In case a collection has it's Dublin Core mapper applied, I believe we should do the same with attributes such as DC.creator, DC.title, etc.
