Context and motivation

The Command Palette component is finally available in the entire Admin:
WordPress/gutenberg#71030

This means users can type CTRL+K and search for pages, posts, switch screens, etc. It would be nice if we can use it to navigate in the complex layers of Tainacan Admin.

Ideal solution

I'm not sure if the API is ready, but it would be worth reading this: https://make.wordpress.org/core/2023/07/17/introducing-the-wordpress-command-palette-api/. To see if we can add some commands.
