Implement the ability to create subfolders and custom columns in the UI for better organization and customization.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Users can create subfolders within the UI.
2. Users can select which items to include in each subfolder.
3. Users can create custom columns related to fields inside files.
4. The UI updates dynamically to reflect changes in subfolders and custom columns.
