Related to #9

IIRC libjxl recently switched from transfer function (TRC) based PQ and HLG profiles to multidimensional lookup table based ones. These profiles are smaller than previous ones, and they can also perform basic tone mapping. It would be nice to have those profiles also in jxl-oxide.
