Or might there be a GA4 json export which I could use? |
Hi @Alphaegen we have an implementation in our pipeline, but unfortunetaly it's planned for late 2022 or early 2023 as UA will be valid until Oct.2023. It would be very nice, If you can provide a PR with the GA 4 sql in the meantime. Thank you in advance and best regards |
Hi @wbm-sbasler ; Could you explain to me what you mean with this exactly? thanks. |

@Alphaegen @wbm-sbasler ; Thanks! I will take a look! If you need them, I can provide you with the GA4 GTM container with all tags, triggers and variables that we use for WooCommerce integrations to GA4. I can also send you the datalayers if you like. Perhaps you can use them as an example? :) |
Any updates here regarding GA4 support? Any timeline? |
We are also in the process of moving everything to GA4 and have also stumbled across the "old" DataLayer structure. I have therefore started to convert the structure in the DataLayer to the new schema (https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/ga4/ecommerce). Actually there is not so much to do, because mostly only the keys (e.g. name -> item_name) have to be renamed and the events have to be inserted. |
A work-in-progress export is available here: https://gist.github.com/createdwithlove/dbc2dc7203a85817d6fae070710681a4 |
Please describe the feature you would like to see implemented.
Hi Webmatch,
I was wondering whether the implementation of Google Analytics 4 is being worked on at the moment. Otherwise I might be able to setup a default GA 4 sql to work with.
