Inkscape font warning: font replaced with same name with extra whitespace

This comes from inbox#3150 (moved), and basically my issue consists of the assignation of a space after the name of a

Steps to reproduce:

Requires Font Substitution warning dialog to be enabled (in preferences, under Tools > Text)

• Open the next file in a new window (Right Mouse > Open with > Inkscape) to avoid inbox#3177 (moved)

What happened?

A font substitution warning with a space in the final of the font name.

Font 'Helvetica Now Text' substituted with 'Helvetica Now Text '

What should have happened?

No warning nor substitution. This issues appears to be fixed with later versions of fontconfig or another part of the font stack (see replication info)

Operative System: MX Linux 19.2 amd64 with XFCE environment
