Genio Ng on Instagram: "Chili Oil Garlic Butter Pasta 🍝 Ingredients: * 160g of spaghetti * ��5 garlic cloves, minced * ��1.5 tbsp of butter * ��2 tbsp of chili oil * 2 tbsp of honey * ��2 tbsp soy sauce * A splash of pasta water * ��40g of grated parmesan * ��Chives, minced To garnish: * 1 egg * Parmesan cheese * Chili Oil Steps: 1. Cook the pasta to al dente for about 10 minutes. 2. For the sauce, combine chili oil, honey, soy sauce and hot pasta water. Set aside. 3. Next, heat the butter in a pan. Then, add garlic and cook until fragrant. 4. The , add the sauce to the pan and cook for 1 minute. 5. Add the pasta to the pan and give it a good mix. 6. Then, add the parmesan cheese and chives.
