There are SO many names for this type of kebab, but in our family, we call it Luleh kebab. INGREDIENTS- 2 lbs ground beef. 85/15 works great 1 medium onion grated 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley 1-2 tsp Aleppo pepper @momcavefoods 2-3 tsp kosher salt 1 tsp black pepper Optional spices include, 7 spice, turmeric, and cumin. Bowl of ice water Wide metal skewers DIRECTIONS- Add all the aforementioned ingredients to a bowl and combine. Take a handful of the beef and press it onto the skewer. Gently form into a long roll.
