We are going to go ahead and we're going to pour one cup of our low sodium beef broth right over top and try and coat the onion as best you can. We want to get it nice and coated with our broth. Alright, that looks good. Now, we're adding one packet of our Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning and y'all we're just going to go ahead and we're just going to coat our onion. This is a two ounce package. I probably won't use the whole package just enough to get a nice coating. Alright, I think that looks good. Let's say we probably have about half the package left. Now, we're going to take our butter and we're just going to grate probably about a quarter of a stick over top of our onion Y'all these onions are like little sponges. It's going to soak up that nice buttery broth with that delicious ranch seasoning. Alright, let's keep going here for a little bit more. Alright, I think that's good. So, that's probably about, you know, a quarter of a stick. Now, we're going to do the same with some of our gruyere cheese and again, we're just going to go ahead and we're going to grade this right over top. Alright. Y'all that looks pretty good. I'd say we got a couple ounces in there. You can notice right there in the middle of our little onion bowl, onion blossom. Alright. Y'all now, we are going to add one pound of our ground beef beef right here in the middle and this delicious little onion bowl that we have. Alright, y'all this is so good and then the rest, go ahead and just push on off to the side. Ultimately, we are going to use this whole pound. So, let's get it in here. Alright, y'all that looks good. Now, I'm going to add another half cup of our beef broth. Y'all I want there to be plenty of liquid for these onions to soak up. Now, we're just going to add a little bit of our Layan Perens Wish Sears sauce or W sauce as I hear it called a lot. Okay, that looks good. I said that was probably, I don't know, one to two tablespoons. We're going to do a little bit of our garlic powder. I did season the beef with salt and pepper but we're going to add some garlic powder to this That looks good. And then last for the seasoning. A little bit of thyme. Just a couple teaspoons or teaspoon maybe on the top. Alright. Now we're going to take the rest of that cheese. Gonna grate it up. And we're going to put it right over top of all of this. Got the oven set to 350 degrees. And we're going to cook this for about 45 minutes. Uh keep an eye on it. Cheese starts to get too brown. Go ahead and cover it up. Alright. Alright y'all. Our onion pie was in the oven for about 35 minutes. And I think we're ready to go. Oh this looks so good. We're just going to bring in our plate here. I like to eat this with you know some kind of crusty bread. Or you know you could with toast. Um yeah whatever whatever you like. I'm just got some King's Hawaiian rolls here that I put some garlic butter on. And you know what? Let's let's get this plated up. I am definitely excited. Oh man that looks so good. Gonna add a little bit of that a shoe here on top. Alright, let's get our first bite here. Oh man those onions are so tender. Got the beef. We got a little cheese. Let's grab a couple onions on here. Look ah. The two main things you need. Onions and Parmesan cheese. Now get you a Mandalorian and slice your onion. If you don't have one of these you could just use a knife and like thinly slice. Will your breath smell like death? Yes. Will it be worth it? Also yes. Next step. Baking pan and parchment paper. I thought impartment was what happened to President. I didn't know. I didn't know they had a type of paper. That's faint. Also if you crinkle it it lays flatter. It's easier to work with. Don't ask me why. Just trust your guy. Alright? Please grate your own Parmesan cheese. Alright? I promise it'll be better for you. It'll be way better. I put this Parmesan on everything. The seasoning I choose is adobo. Cuz I'm feeling a spicy. That's what I'm talking about. Feeling like adobo. Your mom's hungry. Now we're going to bake these at 400 degrees until they're gold and crunchy. That's what we want them to crunchy and you know you know what to look for. You know what to do boo. Oh yeah. Look at that. Look at that. You're going to want to eat it right away. Don't do that. Let it cool down for like 5 minutes. Looks like a dang fossil. Looks like a dang crustacean.
