The core is a magical thing that translates to everything that you do and if you don’t pay attention to it, you will pay a price at some point. See the 5 exercises I did? They are examples of training your core in the following ways ⬇️ 1. Anti extension 2. Rotation 3. Spinal flexion 4. Anti Rotation 5.
