Press into a 8 inch square pan lined with parchment paper into an even layer and set aside. In another bowl add your chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave in 30 second intervals until fully melted. (microwave for 30 seconds then stir and then another 30 seconds and stir until your chocolate is fully melted) Then top the peanut butter mixture with the chocolate and cover the whole top. Refrigerate for a minimum of at least 30 minutes or until set.
