FOR GRAVY :- *In a pan add 2 tbsp oil with 2 tbsp clarified butter and all the whole spices as mentioned 3 bay leaves 1 cinnamon stick 2 green cardamom 3 cloves 1 black cardamom 1 tsp cumin *Now fry 1 large sized chopped onion for 1-2 mins and then add 2-3 slit green chillies and fry for a min. * Now add in marinated chicken and fry for 4-5 mins on high heat and after that cover and cook on low heat for 15 mins. *Meanwhile in 1 cup curd (200grm) add 1 tsp all purpose flour and mix it well. *After 15 mins, add curd on low heat or you can switch off the flame if needed, and cook it well, till it starts simmering again. *Cook for 3-4 mins add remaining crushed pepper powder and ⅓ tsp garam masala and mix.
