Morning 🤍 a little BTS of one of last weeks cakes. I’m using white chocolate ganache, smoothing with my @profroster and then covering with @couturesugarpaste Most of the I’m pretty good at eyeballing the length of fondant that I need but every now and then I get it wrong!! 🤦‍♀️ all I had to do was remove, brush some cornflour over it again and continue rolling it as usual! #cakedecorating #caketutorial #fondanttutorial #cake #cakedecorator
