I’ll try and pump out more recipes over the next week. 🫶🏻🫶🏻 2 tsp veg oil 500g lean chicken mince or a mince of your choice 1 red onion finely chopped 5-55 cloves of garlic finely chopped 1 thumb sized piece of ginger finely chopped 2 cups of cabbage shredded 1 large carrot grated handful of woodear or black fungus mushrooms rehydrated and chopped 3 tbsp fish sauce 1-2 tsp ground black pepper 1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder 1tbsp light soy optional chilli salt if needed in a wok on high add oil and chicken, cook stirring for about 4-5 minutes add onions and cook for further 2 minutes add ginger garlic and cook for further 1 min

This is more indulgent than the other bowls but life is about balance. 1kg pork belly Salt You’ll need to score the pork belly but not cut into the fat just kinda scratching the skin. Then add a very thin layer of salt over the skin. Leave to sweat for 15-30 mins. Remove water and salt from skin with a paper towel. Then add another thin layer of salt. Into the oven 170C for 60mins per kg or longer I usually forget about it and come back when I feel like it. Then the the oven up to the highest temperature this will usually activate the grill function and grill for 10-20 minutes until skin is puffed.
