Sweet and savory taste on the outside with a roasted duck flavor on the inside. A perfect bite 😋 Recipe: •1-1.5 lbs skinless pork belly •1(1.25 oz) Chinese roast duck seasoning(NOH) •1/4 cup char siu sauce (Lee Kum Kee) 1•Cut pork belly into thick piece. Too thin will make it dry. 2•Marinate meat with seasoning. Make sure to marinate evenly. Cover and marinate in the fridge for 3-4 hrs. Overnight will help meat get meat more tender. 3•Air fry at 325f for 20 minutes. Then flip Meat over for another 20 minutes. 4•Take meat out and add 1/4 cup of char siu sauce. More if needed. Make sure it totally coated the meat. 5•Air fry at 350f or until char (10-15 minutes). Some air fryer might be slightly different in temperature. Check on meat more often and don’t let it get too burnt. Enjoy 😉 Chinese duck seasoning has salt, sugar and all other ingredients. No extra ingredients needed. If you can’t find this particular brand just go with what what’s available. Just follow the instructions for amount of meat needed for each package. Both of these ingredients can be found at most Asian market. Great for lettuce wrap, fresh summer rolls, vermicelli noodle bowl, steam rice or my favorite between a steam fold bun. #nuocmamafoods #porkbelly #pork #bbq #chinese #chinesefood #chinesefoods #chinesehomecooking #asian #asianinspired | Joedy Tran | Facebook
