Today activity was exploring orange 🍊 We did Orange Squeezing Juice Activity!🍊 Children had great fun squeezing an orange 🍊 to extract the juice from the fruit to have a drink. Getting good nutrients into our children is SO important! Here are my tips for a balanced way to healthy food for kids.
Slices of lemon, orange and lime, clean drinking water, scoops and spoons were used for the set-up the infants and toddlers would love. They will enjoy scooping and squeezing and tasting the lemons, orange and lime slices because they're always curious and love to explore with their senses and develop them. This activity gives the children a sense of freedom, fun and enjoyment. You can also use grapefruit, apple, kiwi, starfruit and other fruits to create the party/taste sensory activity.
