RECIPE:
-19oz can fava beans
-½ 19oz can chickpeas
-1 cup water
-1tsp kosher salt
-1tsp cumin
-4 cloves garlic, finely minced into a paste
-¼ cup olive oil, divided
-2 lemons, juiced and divided
-parsley and tomatoes for garnish
For serving:
-2 hardboiled eggs
-1 pita
-cucumber, cut lengthwise
-cherry tomatoes or whole tomato (quartered)
-radishes, quartered

1. Rinse and drain beans well.
2. Add beans, water, salt, and cumin to a small pot and bring to a boil
