Sauteed Eggplant - I’ve been making my sauteed radishes recipe for what feels like forever, back when I was just dabbling in the kitchen. I used to fry them straight in butter, but no longer recommend this — they start to burn! These days, the butter goes in at the end instead, coating your fried radishes in rich flavor without the charred taste. Win-win.
