DIY Halloween rag garland
Find the completed garland at https://www.etsy.com/CarriesWreathCo/listing/1049004128/ • Cut your choice of fabric into strips. Mine were about 9-10” by 1-1.5”. Could be shorter or wider depending on the look you are going for. I also used wired ribbon. I used pinking shears to cut down on fraying. You could also tear the fabric for a shabby style look • You’ll need jute twine or you can tie to a string a lights for an extra festive look! • I knotted my twine in a loop at the end so I can easily hang my garland. • Simply tie the fabric and/or ribbon to the twine. I used a basic single knot. • Repeat until you achieve the desired length and tie another loop at the other end. • Display on fireplace mantel, doorway, tabletop, over a window, etc and watch the compliments roll in!
