Okay- if youre in the acute stages of PF this move is gonna be a no go- but when you make your recovery this move should get in your routine. The big toe helps keep the plantar fascia taught with movement- if it’s not moving enough the force gets transferred and starts really beating on the fascias origin (your heel) - you can certainly brace yourself on something to reduce the pressure with this move!
